V.P.M SERVICES INC has over 15 years of experience in sealing, waterproofing and painting.  

Luis Angel Mendez started his own company after many years of completing several commercial and home building projects since a young age with other journeymen, many sealing companies and his Father Luis Alberto Mendez . He had a vision to create a company that would pride in its work ethic, integrity and its honesty. From a young age he started to bring along in his journeys his two daughters and passed on his love of his work to them. Now the company is a team consisting of him and his daughters Paula Mendez And Valentina Mendez and growing with more employees.

We provide our customers with high quality services personalized for their unique needs.
V.P.M strives to be available to clients if they have any questions about the project and to have clear and fluid communication with them throughout the whole project. Update with email and picture messages with full descriptions during the project, to keep constant communication with customers.
We always aim to give our customers great service, deliver excellent work and continue to do the steps that are now often forgotten or neglected by others. We enjoy making sure our work is plumb and up to level.

We price projects fairly and put a lot of effort to try and be considerate of the client.
We do want customers to know and understand that our prices reflect the quality of work, materials and service that we provide.
